There coffee is just hard to beat. Love the coffee shop feel. The baristas are always so helpful and friendly. Like they never have a bad day. If I could change anything, I'd have to say price. I mean $7 for a cup of coffee. For that I give them 8/10.

Nothing to write home about. My drink was good. They did not have the food item I usually order. Have been there several times and there was just one gentleman that was kind. The other employees looked and acted like they worked in a factory, head down, no smiling.

This is the best Starbucks in the area! The staff is always pleasant and they craft the drinks perfectly. If you find yourself in need of a pick-me-up this is it!

Visited here while on vacation in the area. As a Starbucks employee back home in Michigan it was not the welcoming experience I expected to encounter. The partners were not personable or welcoming. One of my drinks was made wrong and I went back inside to have it remade. Not the end of the world I know it was busy but still would of liked to see a little more remorse. While in there waiting for my drink to be remade a lady next to me asked a barista for some ice in her coffee. He looked very confused. It's a simple request I get all the time in MI, I knew she just wanted 3 or 4 ice cubes to cool down her hot coffee. The barista preceded to put a whole scoop of ice in her coffee. Her face had a shocked expression and I could tell she was unhappy. Needless to say my experience was not up to the standard we would hold at my location.

Omg it’s cutest Starbucks and its literally right next to the Biltmore! I was visiting from Fl and they were awesome! In fact they follow the Starbucks Standard and could teach some stores how things should run! Good Job guys!
